330 BMW ci conversion to M3 motor any suggestion

2002 330 ci thinking of swapping motor for a M3 any suggestion would be great;

Don't bother.. just sell it and buy an actual M3. You can easily get one now for $14k.. about $9k more than your car is worth... and you get a lot more than just an S54 "swap" for that money.

Agreed. By the time you buy the engine, electronics, do the swap, and pay people to get it working, you're at the cost of a real M3, with all the benefits.

Just buy the M3, or you will end up with an adulterated 330 with no resale value.
