Need help valuing a car. e21 Baur

I'm looking at a 1979 320. But that's not all, it's immaculately clean, and it's also a Baur. It's not as pretty as an Alpina, but judging by productions numbers, it's even rare-er? The owner want's a lot for it, but he bought it new. What are these car's worth? And i know, all the what-ever the buyer will pay rhetoric, but i need a real number value.

Mileage? Euro or NA spec?
I would say 10ish?

I don't believe they are very desirable...

North american spec, 100,000KM. It's an original Canadian spec car.

Baurs are pretty rare in North America, but E21s are not very desirable overall. Whereas a clean 320i in that condition would generally fetch about $4k, the rarity of the Baur would probably put it around 7-8 thousand or so. It really is a buyer's market.

Alpina don’t built cars for being pretty, although they are but they make cars for being top notch quality, real hand built cars and famous for their over engineering BMWs cars that are great to begin with and re design them to be the best in terms of performance and luxury. Alpina is a car manufacturing not tuners of bolt on stuff that other mediocre companies does. As far as I know Beur modified some BMWs and only work one cosmetic and that’s about it, so if you think a targa top is what make a car rare with all means but never ever can be compared with Alpina cars.
