Part out strategy

Hey guys, looking for opinions and inputs.

I recently got an e46 sedan off a friend to part out.

I only have room for one car in my two car garage, and while its in here I dont have a place to mess with my car.

I basically want to rip the valuable/best selling parts and then send this thing to the bone yard. I have a large shed and rafter space to store parts until they sell.

The motor is not being sold as one piece, I would remove valuable components that arent too deep.

Curious to hear what you guys would do in my situation.
