2011 M3 price advice

I'm looking to buy an M3. I was going to buy a 2013 but came across a low mileage 2011, (5K), that has the options I'm looking for, Competition Package, DTC, Executive Package.

What's a good price to pay for a low mileage 2011 M3?

I was also looking at a 2013 M3 listed at $86,000. The best price I could get was $86,000 including all the surcharges - freight, delivery, green levy tax etc.

So I'd be paying $86,000 plus HST. Is that a good deal? It's supposed to translate to 6% off plus the added fee's.

Which one would you buy the 2011 that's mostly in a garage or the 2013?

If the salesman really wants the sale he can go lower then $86,000.

But if the 2011 is in good and the price is right(which you forgot to post the price) maybe your best bet.
