For the front, just remove the rotor and caliper and use the wheel as a slide hammer to remove the front hub. The inner race will probably stick behind on the spindle, but you can knock that off with a chisel and hammer (or air hammer if you have a compressor).

The threaded rod is a bit cheesy, but it works great. You could probably make your own from various bits in Home Depot for a lot less though.
