Hi guys, anyone interested? I haven't had a single person come to take a look at the car. I know its tough with the age of the car but at 5K and good condition I would have thought it will attract some attention.

What do you guys think, any suggestions on how to sell this baby? And those interested, PM me and come have a look, you won't be disappointed.

Okay - so this is getting ridiculous. I was actually considering selling this car for $4,000. I bought it for a lot more same time last year, I have put in over $2,000 of maintenance in a year. The car was already so well maintained and is one of the best ones out there so I am not going to under sell it. I'll keep it if I have to at this point.

Price is back to $6,500.

I'll get it safety and certified for any serious buyers and fix up a couple of things I have identified that need attention.

Good job! I hope you get your asking price. if I had the money I would definitly grab this. I haven't seen any nice e36 convertables for sale in a long time let alone a 328 5 speed. Anything in decent shape with a rust is either a 318 or auto. This looks like a really good buy.
I hope this sells

I detailed this car and I have to say it is in mint condition! Expecially after the paint had been worked on and interior worked on it was better than brand new! Don't sell it for less this car is in pristine condition!!

Just some more information on the car. The previous owner bought the car as a BMW certified series car. The following is a list of some of the work that has been done to the car recently:

April 2011:
-New Delco battery
total $253

June 2011 (I believe this was done at 204K but I could be wrong, will have to check):
-Power steering pump w new pulley
-steering rack and pinion
-outer tie rods
-power steering lines (3)
-steering shaft lower with u-joint
-front brake pads and rotors
total $3532

July 2012 at 207K:
-Rear brake pads and rotors
-Rear emergency parking brake shoes
-3rd rear brake light repair
Total cost $850 (this was done at the time of my purchase)

October 2012:
-Clutch and Fly wheel
$1400

April 2013:
-AC Blower
$500

I believe these are all the records I received from the previous owner (and the above includes work I got done) as they only had recent receipts. There is another set of documents for the car which may have further information and I will update this list if I find anything later.

Essentially, it has been very well maintained and honestly hasn't given me much issues aside from the clutch (which I guess has to be replaced eventually in every manual car and now that it is new, it will last a long time) and the AC blower which I have fixed.
