M42 Engine/Transmission/Differential

M42 Engine/Tranmission from a 318is, 220k.

Diff is a 3.45 open I believe in these cars.

Is there any demand for this at all?

Make me an offer, as this will likely just go to the scrap yard for cash.

Hi,
Before you take it, would you consider selling the valve cover and the intake manifold separate?

check http://www.bmw2002faq.com/ - I'm seeing this is a pretty popular swap.

I'm doing this swap into an '02 right now. Best if you can start with an E30 318 driveline, as E36 has the wrong oil pan setup and transmission is less accommodating due to size. Take all the info online with a grain of salt... they make it sound much easier to swap in than it actually is.
