12 o'clock position cluster

can usually be found on ebay.de

That tach looks like it would be awfully hard to read from 1k-5k rpm!

If you're looking to make one yourself, I believe the needle can be removed and re-installed for the zero-position adjustment. Keep the scaling the same otherwise you'll need to put in a trim pot. I believe the gauge face is a simple replacement, but never done it myself.

parts alone will hover around $100.....front see thru sheild can easily be cracked & is hard to source.....yada...yada
........my advice....if that is the type of cluster you want?...sell yours and buy one like that
