The older I get, the more I look for great customer service, not good or just adequate; service gets me back even before price.
So again, thanks for the heads up on this vendor. When I need parts, I will look elsewhere.
The older I get(I'm 34 now) I realize its not just price that matters.
I'm willing to pay more for better service and a positive customer experience.
Perhaps I come from an era that's not 100% digital and human contact was part of buying experience. For lack of Better words, I expected more from them.
Service goes along for me.
