auto to 5 speed swap

hey guys/gals, recently picked up a clean 1991 325i 2 dr coupe from the original owner, with only 58k miles on it, was the lady's pavement princess. everything stock, no leaks, & believe it or not...no rust! & i just replaced the timing belt yesterday . only issue is, it's an automatic. i'm wondering what are all the parts i'll need for a 5 speed swap? i have come up with a *mock* list of what i think ill need, can anyone add to it or edit it?

- 260 getrag manual tranny
- master cylinder
- slave cylinder
- brake cylinder reservoir w/ outlet to clutch master
- clutch fork
- drive shaft
- pedal assembly w/ bracket
- shifter
- flywheel w/ bolts, center ring, and cross member
- clutch disk
-pressure plate

am i forgetting anything? please let me know as i'd like to tackle this project asap!

You'll need the clutch line from the master to the slave and reservoir to master.

It's actually a really easy swap, good luck!

Just realize there are some differences year to year. Try to get all the parts off the same car.

Another question...would a 325e transmission work for the 325i? I'm assuming it would if you used the same flywheel/slave from the E...wondering cause I can get a full swap outta an E parts car...

E trans can be used, flywheel is a dual mass on E cars, which you don't want

There is a ton of DIY articles on the swap, which list every part you'll need

I'm actually just about 25 mins south of the border, in Bellingham. But Oaksville is north of Pensylvania right? So I'm still too far haha

Yeah in Ontario, all the way across the continent. I could arrange for reasonable shipping to Vancouver and then you could pick up, but I think that would put my price beyond what you can find locally / lower 48.
