The black E30 on gold rims is Alan (Woofer)

Edit: Nvm just noticed that you uploaded a pic, can't see pics at the office com.

Exactly what I was thinking too. My car could swallow those tires too, I'm just way too cheap.

I would have even just ben happy with a taller rear end. I was stuck shifting between 2nd and 3rd more times than I can count. Actually, that's a lie, it was 11-12 shifts per run if memory serves me. That 4:10 is so much fun most of the time though. I can't complain too much.

Great driving Rudy.

Yikes! Did they run a tighter course for the newbies who came for the car show? The DDT event earlier this year I did most of the track in 3rd gear with only a couple shifts. The low end torque from the stroker does help though.

Any video?

Here's the layout from the first DDT event...

The slaloms were offset, major pain with stock e30 rack! But it was a decent course though.

Way too many cars though, think 67 cars, waits were super long between runs, and left only an hour and a bit for lapping.

Next year lapping will only be offered to Autoslalom competitors who sign up in the morning. No more whining from people that just come for lapping in the afternoon.

Yeah, pretty much the same thing happened last year. I'm guessing they probably had some timing issues as well throughout the day which slowed things down even more. 67 cars is a lot though, probably a new record for Trillium autoslalom.
