DD/track day spring rates - e36 M3

I am curious about the spring rates that people are using for track day/daily driver setups.

I am in the process of buying a Euro-spec M3, and I will use it for a DD in the summer, as well as track day events. I am open to suggestions on suspension setups, but I assume that I will want a camber/caster plate, and most likely a single adjustable, but possibly a double adjustable coilover shock.

I am not too likely to change the sway bars, as I usually do all of the control with springs and shocks. Adjustable sway bars are nice, but not high on my priority list.

How stiff do people run for springs, and shocks? I am willing to have a firm ride, but I would prefer to not have it idiotic-stiff.

Thanks,
