why not send it out to get epoxy coated. cost you about 150.00

I'm seeing some pretty big rust spots, and it was seriously banged up during the winter by the idiots at crappy tire who can't place a lift arm properly. It's only a matter of weeks before it starts to leak, methinks.

Just filled it up...I think I'm seeing a leak from the bottom rear left corner. Need this ASAP.

If you can't find a used one, RockAuto has them for ~$250 shipped.

I'm in the same boat. I've called 2 shops and taken the tank to 2 others and they all asked for more than $300 and told me to buy a new tank. Apparently once they sand blast the seem it will fall apart at the mounting holes, needing a ton of welding.

RockAuto and The Gas Tank Exchange seem like the best deals.
