New guy here Ford guy with his first Bimmer yes it's a 7
So I kinda fell into the Bimmer world... My 2nd bimmer actually I had a 635 ci back when I was 19 but I always had a Stang and actually still do lol 87 GTCobra with Tees... I got into this 7 and had to have it. Right now its pretty stock and needs a bit of tlc
2004 745Li black on black I love this car I don't think there is another car to drive afer driving a 7 wow! I'm in the prosses of doing some mods like alpina front bumper cover, Alpina wing, and rims for now... So I am on the hunt for parts. I'm a proud member of GTAMC awesome people there and lots of knowledge I've aquired hope to find the same here

BTW motor was blown when I found her but the shop that was selling it found a motor from a 97 750 with 20k I went and saw the car they ripped it out of too. We checked it out together so they ripped it out and threw it in her
But when the car gets painted that 750 badge is comin off

Good find, the E65 is a great driving car.
BTW, did you mean 07 750 (N62) v8 motor with 20k? The 97 750 (M73) v12 motor is not the same.

Well I did like 8000ks with it this summer... Between Cayuga, Grand Bend Motorplex, Muscoca, Ottawa etc... man the car is like driving on pillows and when you need her to plant her feet and give er moves like a champ... The fuel mileage is wicked 170 fillup on premium took me there and back Toronto to Ottawa doin lik 116 to 120 all the way in cruise... Very impressed btw I come from a vigorous fox body mustang back ground so rattling, grumbles and loose ass end is very common to me it's NICE driving this 7 series and than goodness I have a close friend that's parts mani at BMW

I had a notch or two in my day as well. Last stang was a modular 330ci stroker with 18 psi, built at shm, outlaw tranny, eaton diff etc was a 10 sec car on DR's. It was a blast to drive however the shakes and rattles come with the territory for sure. At 180 mph the dash literally sounded like it was about to come off lol
That model 7 is a lux car for sure but it comes at a cost, youll find out soon or later.

Oh I know... Trust me I know!!! lol I'm fortunate enough to have friends in the motor industry and ol man owns a Body Shop and the only reason I got this is also cause a close friend of mine works at BMW and I know most if not all the mechanics there... It's good to be BMW's plumber lol... You hook them up they hook you up lol I got my car serviced and get my parts cost... Btw Wow parts r NOT cheap but so far I replaced the drivers mirror, seat belt censor, the passenger side skirt, rear bumper cover, I have alll new bulbs, LED's and halos but I'm gunna wait till i get it out of paint booth, the pass BMW emblem in the door jam, done some service and maintenance aka ball joints tie rods, My navi cd is missing but I've seen people with burnt versions, now to fix the blue tooth the mike wont pick up my vvoice... I can do most the work on my own so I save a bitttt there and aside from tie rods and ball joints I've done everything on my own... Your right though if you want high end you gotta be able to pay for costs
