Check all the usual tuneup parts; coils/plugs/sensors...if nothing changes, do a compression test. Not uncommon for those motors to bend a valve and loose all compression in one cylinder, causing missfire (sometimes almost unnoticable in the way engine runs, other than CEL).

One way to eliminate it being a coil pack, is to swap coils with another cylinder, clear the codes, if the misfire moved to that cylinder then you can assume you have a bad coil.

If not, you'll need to move onto other potential causes, plugs, bent valves, injectors, etc.
