Struts / Shocks recommendation?

I almost forgot why I login here.. i was to post a susp question but I got carried away posting on other threads . Anyway I think I need new struts and shocks as I get a jolt when I drive over small potholes and bumps. The car still sits nicely so I think the springs are still good. Any recommendation on struts and shocks? I think my car model has sports suspension system. thanks
