Just picked this up a couple days ago.

I was thinking about removing the 540i emblem on the trunk lid. Do you guys know if there is guide holes behind it or is it double sided tape?

It's just adhesive. Use a hair dryer to heat it up, dental floss, and Goo Gone to remove the residue.

Painted my grille black. The chrome just wasn't doing it for me.
