Try a different server ... might be some caching by rogers going on there.

I only have the 45/4 package, and also my modem is like 3yrs old, it's not always at that speed, late last night it was only 60Mb/s.

just tried again, don't know if it makes a difference but I'm also d/l a large torrent(13gb) and streaming video while I did the test.

when i say newest i mean a 3.0 modem that supports multi channel bonding, even if its a few years old its still the newest standard, as 2.0 only supports ~50mbs

Question-- unrelated but with bell TV for the package deal, you need one of their digital receivers for every TV in your house? Or just those that you want connected to the pvr?

It's still massive Russia land. I think I read somewhere that in that ward there are 50k Russians living there.

Just fyi if some russian bothers you say "idi nahuy" (stress on the a)
