alright thanks guys, ive been looking into getting a set bc coils just havent had the money yet, ive heard alot of ctcc guys run them and havent really heard anything bad about them, how hard is it to get the spindle on the strut, is there not an easier way than welding it?

You need to tell us what you're going to do with the car. If it's going to see track time, stick to the big names like Koni, Bilstein, H&R, etc. If your main concern is ride height, I would consider JOM first and then BC or similar a distant second.

if you all you care about is hard parking go ahead.
if you care about safety and/or performance forget about it. the damping sucks.
people confuse a stiff ride for good handling.

I plan on tracking my car, i dont have that big of a budget and was hoping there would a cheaper option

If you plan on tracking your car, start with something more simple:
swaybars & tires.
They'll make more of a difference now that a set of coilovers, especially if you've never been on a track.
Once you get the cash, then upgrade your suspension to something good.
