Airbag Light On, No Error Code

So i have had the airbag light come up, i tried reading it with the scanners they sell at Can tire - but it picked up no error, cleared everything anyway - light still on.

Then I tried using the ELM327 Bluetooth device - same thing no errors, cleared everything anyway - light still on.

i was under the impression that these CAN protocols where somewhat standardized - clearly its not. Im starting to think that I would require more specialized software to read and isolate the airbag fault.

Any thoughts?
