I shipped them to the US and picked them up there, but you could ship them to Canada. You would pay more shipping +duties.

As for the Centric brand, they also own StopTech, so they know what they're doing.

I have Centric's rotors and their Stoptech pads and they're pretty good. The pads may aren't the best for heavy track use, but they've held up for me pretty well. I might go to a pad with better bite and temperature range for the track.
