Core 2 Duo 2.0 GHz CPU, 8 GB of DDR 3,Nvidia GeForce 9400M would this be quick enough to run CS6 and Lightroom software...Im using it for video and photo editing most of the time..light gaming at low/ medium resolution.

Picture editing I would say yes .. video I would say No .. you looking at a lot of rendering time if your doing HD or even just clipping / adding effects
