There is something I just noticed about the key and the way it's set up. The transponder sits a bit further back on the fob so today I go to start the car and it won't start. But it started for me in the last 3 days no problem, from my understanding the transponder chip is a stand alone unit that dose not require a power source, so technically I should be able to remove the transponder chip that is mounted on the circuit board and move it to the top of the key, can someone confirm this for me if they know, another thing is dose any one know what chip on the board is the transponder? From researching online I am to believe that is a square black chip to the bottom right but I have a feeling it's the one coiled in copper wire.
Till I sort this out let's hold of on the buy..
But I can use some help please.

Only solution I came up with was to take the transponder out of the plastic wallet key/ skeleton key since its not soddered to anything, and put it in the flip key case, but to do that I had to brake my key apart because the transponder was glued in there good. So I did all this and flip key works perfect. Here are some pics of the transponder and where I put it in the case.
