Any one serviced their car recently at Autobahn east ?

For some reason they never pick up the phone and they never return the voice messages ! What is the feedback from this wonderfull community about Autobahn east ?

Yes we do! Unfortunately being 1 person I cannot get to the phone all the time and we always return voice mails and e mails, always!

If you have been at my facility you will see that we are always busy, and we get backed up when customres drop off without an appointment.

I always advise my customers on the wait and completion times.

Hiring more employees is not an option for me so please be patient.

Hi Zero Nero. I have had my 2000 540i serviced at Autobahn East multiple times. I started going there for normal maintenance items such as AC recharge, hose replacement, etc then moved on to the bigger items such as Major suspension overhaul work and to fix leaks.

Mark is very professional and thorough, and gives you options. Just make sure you make an appointment and be flexible to leave the car there if required to get the job done right.

I personally heard good things about that shop. Never tried them out yet.

mark is the man and serviced all of my bimmers ive owned over the last few years

He gives you honest recommendations and his prices are more than fair. He even refuses tips!
