Instead of Eibachs, go with H&R Sport which will give u a raked look. I got mine from http://www.essexdistributors.com/

Yes i agree about the raked look. Looks better. Although i had a friend who had the eibachs on his e46 it looked well balanced. But im up for suggestions. Considering h&r's give the rear less of a drop. Its my daily driver and occasionally i have passengers.

Does you find the car bottoming out on some of the roads in toronto? Or even with passengers?

Bottoming out is inevitable in certain areas with some rough roads. It doesn't happen that often though. Haven't had the car loaded yet since the instal, so i can't comment on that.

True. But how do you find the ride? Is it harsh? Prokits are meant to be softer.

Not sure about prokits but h&r sport are designed to be used with factory shocks so they aren't as harsh as h&r race. I was on sport suspension prior, so the difference in ride comfort isn't that much off.
