help e30 keeps stalling while driving

i replaced my slave master clutch know my car keeps stalling, it would stall on startup, and stall while i am driving. I also get a check engine light. When I come to a complete stop, like a stop light or parking, the idle drops from its normal 700rpm down below 500.. then 200 to zero.
I also changed my fuel filter, spark plugs, ignition wires then changed my slave master clutch.

I would check you air hose from you throttle body to the mass for cracks. Also check all hoses off the intake for cracks.
