Feeler: My E34 S52 S/C project :(
Well, as the title suggests, I am considering selling my E34 S52 S/C project. We just had our first child, and I just can't find the time to work on it anymore. That said, if I don't get the cash I am looking for, I may just as well keep it and get to it eventually. I would consider a trade for an E46 wagon with a 5-speed, premium and sport packages (we do need a more baby-friendly second car). I don't have time to part out. They have to go as a package. I am thinking $8,000.00 takes it.
I have a build thread on here somewhere. Most of the info and pics are there, but here is a brief summary:
1990 525 Alpine White donor car (was mine. I wrecked it.) with:
-S52 converted to OBD1 (around 100k on it bought from Bimmersport in 2010)
-Powerdyne Stage 2 Supercharger kit (9PSI)
-ZF S5D 320Z 5-speed from the same donor M3
-3.23 LSD
1995 525 Orient Blue, almost rust free
-Full M5 interior in black
-M50 with 300k on it (I didn't care, since I had the S52)
-Auto trans (again, didn't care since I planned on doing the swap)
-840i 4-pison Brembo BBK front w/slotted EBC discs; EBC yellow pads (calipers had 40k; pads and rotors are almost new)
-M5 rears with blank discs and EBC yellow pads (calipers rebuilt; pads and rotors are almost new)
-Stoptech stainless brake lines (almost new)
-Hartge Swaybars
-BMP billet strut bar
-New Bilstein Sports all around
-New Lowtec springs (-45 front/-30 rear)
-Urethane thrust arm bushes
-New steering links
-18" E39 wheels with 245 and 275 Bridgestone tires (these are BRAND NEW $2500 alone!)
-Hella smoked tails
-Smoked corners
-ACS front valence (BRAND NEW NEVER MOUNTED)
-Pfeba rear valence
-Turner front hub extenders
-VAC 5mm spacers front
-Powerflex urethane subframe bushings

your build doesn't really show the supercharger, more like a rim and tire build.

Some Pics...
Yeah, it was already unbolted when I started snapping pics. Thread is really old now. Shows my lack of progress. Here are some pics:

All or nothing. I would regret selling the supercharger if I still had my car. But if it's all out if sight, it will be out of mind.

The engine, tranny and dif are still in the donor car. It ran beautifully. The recipient car also runs and drives well, but the old M50 is tired and burning a bit of oil. The interior of the recipient car is out right now, as I am in the process of swapping the M5 interior in. Between work and the new baby, I have so little time to work on it, and am getting frustrated with my progress. I'd like to see an enthusiast like myself step in and finish it. It would put a smile on my face to see it finished and running at a cruise.
If anyone is seriously interested, come up and see it all. We can have a beer and chat.
I will consider offers in person.

Sorry if that wasn't clear. The recipient car only needs the interior to be driveable, but still needs the drivetrain swap to make it interesting.

Spring bump. I picked up an E90 335. Not sure I need two toys. I'm sure I will regret selling this project though.
