Halo light wiring

Hello fellow bmw lovers,
I bought a 2004 e46 325i a couple months back.
It came with nice headlight set up with halos already inside it, but they dont run. Now I'm trying to figure out how they work and how to make them run.

Any ideas, advice and/or instruction would be appreciated.

You need to get some specific info about the set up. Are they LED or CCFL? Is everything wired up? Are you getting power to the resistors?....
