No. As far as I know, the 325e driveshaft is shorter than the other shafts.

Depends if it's a 325e auto or manual shaft.
Look on the etk. or just go to realoem and check the lengths.

The guibo is common between all E30 models.

The '87 325e came with a 135mm guibo vs the standard 110 for the rest of the e30's. People like those e driveshafts because they have the proper sized guibo to play with an m30 swap and transmission.

It appears they changed over in '86. My 325e is an '84 which explains why it has the 110.
Good call.

Funny how they changed to a big guibo cause of the torque boost the e had over the i, however guys with ls1 swaps run the 110mm guibo with no problems. I guess thats the famous bmw engineering

Use the front half of the 318 and the back half of the other? The diff flange is probably swappable. I don't know enough about 318 mechanicals to comment really just throwing the idea out there.

86, 87 325e and the M3 use the large guibo. I also have the large guibo in my 325is (and the Revshift "flex" disc, but that's fairly irrelevant). I had to find one of these not long ago and it took a bit of doing.

The 318 and 325 driveshafts are different lengths, guibo sizes aside. One half of the driveshaft is the same size between the two, the other isn't, I forget which one though.

It's usually the rear half that are the same lengths.
