Basically an uninstall that unlinks the unit from the vehicle. Protects COBB from people using one unit to tune multiple vehicles.
It's a simple 2 minute procedure that I neglected to do when I got rid of the car.

To get it 'reset' you ship it to COBB. Pay them $400 and it's good as new.
Hence the price.
