that cop is still a piece of shit though, you can't stand infront of a car preventing it from moving and then write a ticket for being illegally parked

The cop was in the wrong. Show the judge this video, cop has to pay for scratches ect. You can't jump infront of the car because your writing a parking ticket ROFL. Send it by mail. Now there is well over a few grand of paint repairs needed now.

Why is a cop writing a parking ticket to begin with? Isn't that by-law officers job?

this is what happens when two idiots collide from two totally different income brackets.

the rich dude thinking "ohh no uckin way this pig is going to give me a parking ticket for 30 dollars"

and the police officer thinking "I filled out all this information by pen and I since i havnt finished writing the ticket I cant legally give him this ticket, so Ill stand in the way of this born with a silver spoon punk kid and if he tries to drive off hell hit me which is assault. win win."

He was in front of the car, then it commenced moving - it would be the drivers fault. A judge will always side with the law/police. it's rare that they don't.

Well said double fault for sure. I tried something similar when a Vegas airport "cop" started to write me a ticket for stopping in a restricted zone. I started rolling away acting like a tourist that didn't understand haha.

I thought he was security... nope cop that ran after me and pounded on the window screaming but I was able to talk my way out of it.

Possibly different in States?

both are douches...cop for purposely putting him self in front of the car...and the driver for giving two skid marks worth for the ticket. hot heads always lead to idiocy regardless of wealth. like really this could've been handled better by both.

You are allowed to drive away from a parking conviction if not served. That is the truth. No serve, NO CARE. They can try to mail the parking ticket later, simply, refuse to sign for it. Done.

This kid will get a good lawyer and end up having the taxpayers paying for this whole ordeal. Insurance will cover it all and he'll just hand the bill to the stations chief.

I read the driver was out of the car... started bitching to the cop about the ticket. The cop ordered him to stay on the sidewalk, he refused, got in the car and tried to drive away.

Kid is dumb trying to drive away when the cop is in front of him.. Cop is dumb for standing in front of the car.

For **** sakes, you drive a Ferrari and you are worried about a parking ticket??

I say the cop was there before the car started moving and the cop wasn't exactly directly infront of it. The cop also didn't act until the car started to push him

That's wrong. Watch it again. The cop sticks his knee in the way and towards the car. Then starts yelling and doesn't move. The cop knew what he was doing.
