Evacuating the a/c

So my compressor isn't pumping, but it is engaging when the a/c button is pressed. So it needs replacement, and I'd like to do the wrenching and have a shop evacuate the r134a properly instead of it going to the environment. Any recommendations for a shop that would be willing to evacuate the system for me (ideally mississauga, etobicoke or north/west parts of the city)?

But it cost me $96 to have it evacuated in Vancouver when I removed the a/c.
