S14 oil pressure concern

Hey guys, 89 m3 S14 race car came off the track and onto the trailer 2 weeks ago, hasent been started since, oil is full, started up and it sounds like the upper engine has NO oil pressure? installed an oil psi gauge in the oil filter housing and it has 60 psi cold idle. this is extremely loud rattle noise and ive only run it for 30 seconds 2 times. does anyone know how the cyl head is fed oil psi? ive looked thu all the service info i can find but cannot find a lubrication diagram anywhere to have an idea of the flow thu out the system? puzzled.....

Should be something simple, assuming car run well before taken off the road.
Is the rattle coming from cam chain area?
I do not know s14 too well, but in m42, this would indicate chain tentioner went bad or got sticky and cant expand with the applied oil pressure.

Follow the real OEM link and find part # 20 (11311307782), this is what I'm talking about.
