Any Boaters Here?

I need some help with my boat motor.

Someone tried to steal the motor and they couldn't so the stole a whole shit load of parts off of it. They also cut some of the electrical wiring.

I need a reliable mechanic and don't mind driving the boat to them.\

Its a 2.5l 200hp mercury outboard motor.

I took the insurance off cause i wasn't using it. It also was parked in a fenced-in yard with a locked gate,but shit happens i guess.
