3 Series 2001 BMW M3 Vert, Manual Black on Black

Selling my 2001 BMW M3 Convertible Business Package. The car is a 6 speed manual. Color is black on black interior very hard to find this combination in manual and convertible. Canadian car 142,xxxkm's. It has headlight washers, rain sensing wipers, heated seats, power everything including top. 333 Horsepower stock. Great car never had any problems with it. Top is in great shape with no rips. Comes with service records. It has a few cosmetic upgrades: 19" newer model M3 OEM rims with newer tires. LED angel eyes, K&N FIPK intake, blacked out kidney grilles, smoked signals, smoked side markers, blacked out bumper reflectors, blacked out M3 side grills, shorty antenna, wood grain interior trim. I also have all the stock parts for the car. No accidents or liens on the car. You will notice in some of the pictures I have my finger showing, it is just a reference for any imperfections on the car. There is a small chip in the windshield but will pass safety, a small scratch on the drivers side plastic side skirt, and a small scratch on the top drivers side of the trunk. The front bumper has some small stone chips that is to be expected for a car of its age. If there is anything else you need to know about the car feel free to let me know.
Car is located in Sudbury, a few hours north of Toronto and is currently stored for the winter. Only trades interested is for an STI, E46 M3 coupe, BMW 06+ 3 series preferably coupe but will entertain awd sedans, must be manual transmission.

Just out of curiosity, are there any indie shops in Sudbury? Where was the car serviced?

There are a few independent shops that do service on BMW's in town, however there are no dealerships. I haven't owned the car long enough to do any major service to the car other than oil changes.

Was it originally wood trim and you wrapped some of it in CF or ?

I have the original wood grain trim, however I bought a cf kit and tried to install it but it was for a coupe. The only pieces that I changed were on the dash but I have all the original ones as well.
