It's not unheard of for an S52 OBD1 to put down 250whp with a few bolt-ons and a tune. I've seen a few. If you add ~15% for drive losses that comes in right around what the OP is claiming the motor is making at the crank.
But yes, dyno plots would be best here.

Definitely looks like he's saying it make 286 on the dyno. I'd interpret that as wheel, not crank.
Also, too bad its OBD1.

286whp is S54 power, although it might be unclear, it's not what he's claiming.
OBD1 is part of the reason for the increase in power... why is that too bad?

I dont know what dyno measures crank power. Im sure its fast though.

Crank HP is calculated from the whp. I have a couple close offers, it might be sold in the next few weeks. We'll see....
