RMP makes my night!
So, this is a bit delayed as it happen a month or so ago but my experience was absolutely stellar and I felt I should share.
I was at a buddy’s place, my e46 wouldn’t start and it was around 5pm on a weekday. I called CAA to have it towed and because I usually bring my e46 to RMP, I did not hesitate to have it towed directly there.
By the time the flatbed showed up and we made our way to RMP, it was at least a solid hour or more past the closing time of the shop. As the flatbed was unloading my car into their lot, I noticed the lights still on and I approached the front door to get the attention of Mrs. RMP as she was right at the front desk. I told her that my car wouldn’t start and asked if it was ok if I left it there over night so that they could look at it if they had time the following day. That’s when Mr. RMP and fellow associates came and asked what I thought the problem was and offered to take a quick look. Within a few minutes, he made an educated guess to what it might be (fuel pump) and offered me to leave my car in the shop over night rather than outside in the lot. With a combined effort, we pushed the car into the shop and closed the door.
The following day, I received a phone call informing me that it was indeed the fuel pump and that my car would be ready in a few hours. Excellent!
The customer service I received that evening was offered without hesitation and exceeded my expectations by epic proportions. It is experiences like this that I continue to have my car serviced by the good people at RMP. I trust the work they do and their customer service is absolutely stellar!
