looking for E39 suspesion parts..

I need some suspension parts for my 03 E39 530i.

- Right rear Stabilizer link
- Right front Stabilizer link
- Right front lower ball joint ( for thrust arm)
- Left front Lower Ball joint for control arm AND for thrust arm (2 in total here)

I checked autoparts.ca and chatted with their rep. He told me they don't any of these.
Anyone know who would carry these in Canada (preferred) or in US. I can drive to the border. Thanks

Hey bigcletus, that is interesting. I have ordered almost all of those parts for my 00 528i from Autopartsway. Note that you can't just order the ball joints. You have to order the full arm with it.

You could also try bimmerspecialist, or just google "auto parts canada" and it will give you a lsit of online autopart stores (some of which I would swear are the same places with different names).

Also, I have ordered parts from ECS, Pelican and the other store in New Hampshire (can't remeber the name right now) over the years with no issues. Just make sure the parts are sent through USPS and not UPS.

Wow, just realized how many parts I have ordered in 3 years of ownership!!

Yup, good ole PEI. Live near the foot of the Confed. bridge. Lots of 3 series over here, but the 5ers are few and far between. How's things in Moncton?

I found a local parts guy here who can order almost anything for the bimmer and is only slightly more that intenet prices. Best thing is that the parts are usually arrive the next day. Good thing considering how parts hungry these cars are. Maybe it has something to do with the 325,000KM on mine? ;-)

I had a friend help me out with the deciphering of the parts...control arms with ball joints etc. I think we have it all figured out. I placed an order with autopartsway.ca. I guess I'll find out next week if we got it right.

BTW "Stoopid" I'm originally from S'side, and still have family there. Perhaps we can someday meet at the Tim's at "Fox's" Esso in Borden lol.

That's the maritimes for ya. I actually grew up in S'side, too!! We may even know each other! Graduated from TOSH waaaaay back in '87. My wife is actually from the Borden area. When we moved backed to PEI about 11 years ago this is where we ended up. Hey, I'm always up for a Tim's! Fully addicted :-)

I plan on going over a few times this summer, beginning end of June for John Mellancamp and Atlanticade, then again for a few days in late July, then back end of August for the air show...plus I'm sure a few more depending on teh weather..I try to bike from one end of PEI to the other every year, checking out places I've never been to.even tho I lived on PEI for the 1st 22 years of my life..lol

We are going to the John Cougar concert as well, should be a good one. The wife and I use to take off on Sunday afternoons for a drive and take as many roads as possible that we were never on. Interesting the places you find on this little island. That was before the Bimmer, though. I'm not as adventurous to hit the dirt roads now. lol
