M Door Sill E46 330CI

Hey guys, I have an E46 330CI and I'm trying to replace the door sills and replace it with the M door sill.

Questions..
1) Anyone know where to get a reasonably priced one? The dealer is charging $178 per side.

2) Is there a proper way of installing it?

3) How many clips do I need? Should I be aware of breaking the clips?

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately I already bought mine from the dealer as I couldn't wait anymore. Cost $400! Oh well..
