I'd be interested in a group buy for an iS lip. I need one for my '91 318iS. Does it come painted?
Also, how about sunroof panels? Mine is rusted out as is normal with these cars.

UPDATE:
All orders that I have received have been shipped!!!
I am also going to make a delivery run myself on Saturday.
some stuff was on back order and I'll be getting it tomorrow morning.
If you don't get something you're expecting, don't sweat it I'll drop it off saturday myslef.
SO what have I learned after two weeks???
I need to keep stock so I dont have to rely too much on my suppliers.
My question to Max is what are the typical e30 parts that I should keep in stock for fast shipment?
Thanks to all my guinnea-pigs who have taken a chance on a start-up I owe you one and wont forget it, if you decide to order again!

Hey, sorry I just saw this now.
I'd say keep most wear items in stock, such as timing belts, accessory belts, water pump, t-stat, tie rods, strut mounts, wheel bearings, brake pads, etc.
Idk if you're a business type of guy, but you want to keep your inventory costs low and a just-in-time style is always going to be the best.
I'm a B.Comm with some experience in retail and start ups if you need some basic consulting.

Thanks. The suppliers I have can't always get parts the next day, which makes me look like a douche. If by the "just in time" style you mean place order after payment received, then that doesn't always work. I want to provide service and fair prices rather than volume. And I hate the fact that we have to go to the states to get parts when they could be priced fairly here!
Thanks for the help! Looking forward to everyone helping me build the website!

Just in time is a inventory that restocks just as the last item of that type sells. You don't want 100 tie rod ends sitting around collecting dust when that's not a popular item.
you'll be able to implement it properly in time.

As I will need it in the future, how about carrying a M20 engine rebuild kit (with all the bearings)? Or ARP headstuds?
Or: shifter bushing kit, suspension bushing kit, some brembos?

In my humble opinion, CV and steering rack boots should be a stock item. Also, reverse light switches for the m/t guys. They seem to go flakey often. Another good item that may be good to stock is e-brake cables and spring kits. Also, caliper rebuild kits for both ATE and Girling calipers. The slider boots too would be excellent.
I just replaced all of these items in my car so I'm not in need of any of this stuff at the moment, but having a good local source for this stuff would be totally rad.

Ok, so I just ordered a shit-load o' parts for e30's. I'll be using the maximum-bell inventory method so I'll be able to fill your needs better than a big-tittied hooker!
And if I don't have it?.... Well then I'll order two, so you get one and it'll be in stock for the next guy!
Thanks guys!
P5, I'll be loading up the website over the next week. If its on my site, its on my shelf!

Good to hear! Positive reviews are valuable, but unfortunately don't spread as much.
