Machine work

wich shops around Niagara/hamilton/Halton would anyone recomend for doing work on a M10 head? just basic checking it for cracks, machine for flatness and of course do a decent valve job. shave and profile the guides.
NOT allowed to port and polish. that area has to look and remain untouched.
any ideas and who is recomended?

I'm going to head and block specialty on Arvin Ave in Stoney Creek for my head work. They do quite a bit of european stuff.

ok. I dealt with them when I was a mechanic. we sent a lot of stuff there. mostly domestic though. good to know they understand the BMW stuff as well. thanks!!
