loud tires

Seems like my tires are making a hell of a lot of noise on the highway
is this a result of the tires needing to be changed?? There is also some vibration at certain speeds, but goes away if i exceed
Any help would be great

The tire bearings are worn out... Basically yeah your tires are sh!t, invest in some new ones brahh
