Simply ask for a ghosted image of their home computer harddrive in exchange. I'm sure a nice drill down search of their internet history would yield some fun facts!

But seriously that is over the top. You hire people based on their abilities, references, education etc. if you are hoping to find loopholes in their story on social media, you aren't doing your job.
