How much are utilities on a 2 bedroom apartment?

Me and my friend are getting an amazing place in Kensington but utilities are extra? I used to live in a studio apartment at yonge and bloor and electricity and stuff was included in the rent.

Ive never paid for electricity or gas in my life. How much would be usually?

Maybe 150$ every 2 months for hydro. Depends on usage really.

If your hot water is part of the utilities and the tank is electric, that is what kills it.

hydro is about 150, TV and Internet can be up to 150, phone if you choose to have a landline can be about 30-40

by 2 bedroom apartment do you mean condo? or is it a house? or is it an apartment complex?

is it gas heating, or electric heating?

I think a realistic expectation is about $100 average.

My tenants are paying a bit less than that for a 550 sqft 1 bedroom and we only have electric heating - water tank, etc.
