GREAT! Front or rear? Front I found easy.. Then didn't attempt the rear.
julien, i don't think you'll need to bring the impact gun, we should be set. The garage is all straightened up and ready for some action!

I allready had my fronts done last season, and thought I could get away without touching the rears.
so I did the rears...slowly...there is a very large lip (about 3/4" inch) which needs to literally be folded back.
wasn't so much of reshaping the fender itself, more just minimizing the lip that's allready there.
Offers me much better clearanc when going over bumps and doesn't shred my tire.
on my other side, I ended up using a rotarry saw and carefully cut away at the lip instead, and used the roller to flair out the ends.
all this to accomodate my rediculous ESM wheels which I'm getting rid of anyhow.
lesson here is, only go with a 0 offset if you're prepared to to this type of work to your car.

also found that the eastwood tool is a GOOD tool, however a little "difficult" to work with.
it's not flimsy by any means, you just have to really watch your settings and this things does not like to be overtightened.

I found the same thing, that it was a little finicky. Any paint issues?
Can someone grab ice tomorrow? Any volunteers?

nope no issues with paint...just was persistent with heat gun, heated the inside lip aswell as the outside.
I'll likely have my car with me tomorrow, and you can check it out.
it's not pretty on the underside, but you don't see that anyhow.
I also removed my rear apex springs and put e30 m3 springs back on the rears, as it was too low at the time...so I have a bit of a rake'd look.
off topic: best to check engine compression when engine is cold? or hot?

I always did compression checks cold just so I didn't burn my hands on the turbo when removing the plugs.. *shrugs*
