M20 turbo manifold adapter

Hey guys I'm new on here so i do apologize in advance if i have missed this toping. I'm completely restoring an e30 4dr and looking to boost around 24 psi. Now dont jump the gun cause i know its a lot of work but I'm going thru with it. My question is, i need a manifold adapter for a t3 turbo how can i go about making one. I don't weld but i have a friend thats willing to do it but he needs metal type and measurements. What can i do?
