The very best advice has been from damameke, saved me from typing it.

Now that you have info walk into a shop who buys gold and be done with it, my guess is if its a small male ring and under 18k youre looking at gas money.

Thanks guys for all the help. I know I'm not getting a lot for the ring (white gold 18k mens band) I just want to get rid of it. I'm going to weigh it tonight and take it somewhere maybe this weekend.

Yeah, thanks for the help guys. I've just got two rings and a necklace. I just figure I get something for them since they have no sentimental value and are just taking up space. lol
