E39 540 dual exhaust

has anyone ran this type of setup or something similar on your 540 either with or without a muffler(only straight piping)

I might be wrong but I think the Stebro system is similar in design.

Is the idea to make it look like it has M5 exhaust? If so, I don't really see the reason as to why?

you guys are acting like ive went crazy when in fact i barely have done anything yet.
so far ive just ordered new suspension to lower it and new headlights
i also want to do something about the stock exhaust.

is that too much?

Delete the muffler, nice tips (one side) and you are done! Sounds amazing, very cheap to do, and it wont look like you are trying to build something it is not.

that was the next thing i was looking at or a resonator delete with a magnaflow 14816 muffler

If you are serious, take it to a muffler shop and see what they can do, keep in mind the battery is right in the way of the passenger's side routing, hence most people that do quads/dual need to cut into the spare wheel well.
