This car is well above average condition with only 147,000 kms and fresh paint restoration - stripped and repainted professionally by BMW dealer including stock wheels. The car is all stock except AC Schnitzer exhaust and Monte Carlo bar.

I bought the car myself in Germany in 2007, drove it while I lived there for 3 years, then imported it with me back to Canada in 2010. I have all the paperwork for the car including the German Fahrzeugbrief (certificate of Title) which details all of the car's owners since new - I am the fifth. The car now has Canadian Prov of Ontario ownership and all the importation paperwork. The paperwork will go with the car including a recent appraisal certifying the car's value for insurance. I also have several pictures of the strip and repaint that was done in Winter/Spring 2010 proving no damages. It was appraised at $18,500 Canadian dollars last Fall.

The buyer of this rare BMW M3 e36 sedan will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I drove this car almost daily for three years (except winter). This car is exhilarating to drive!

The owner I bought it from in Germany in 2007 was not winter driving it. Before that, I'm not sure but the area (Dusseldorf) it came from typically did not get snow, hence no salt.

Beautiful car! It's been up for sale for a long time, because it is over priced. Not bashing the seller. It would be cheaper to import one from europe.

At this price it would have to be a serious car collector to purchase it. But then again a serious collector would have his reservations due to the mileage.

But it is a nice car.

I don't think you can get one cheaper if you imported it yourself from Europe, especially in this condition with the low km's. Don't forget you need to add a MIN of $3.5k
to whatever price you pay in Europe to bring it here.

I would love for you to prove me wrong though, because my search of mobile.de and autoscout24.de doesn't show me a comparable car for under
10k Euros (which it would need to be to make it the same price as this car all said and done).

That being said the market for cars such as these is extremely limited in Canada.
