Gas is Backing up when trying to fill up tank

Hello,
I won't make this to long...
I had the tank removed/rebuilt and installed back....
Now I can't put gas in..., it just backs up and won't take the gas at the pump nor with filling container!.... to put 5$ worth of gas it can take 10min....
It is very frustrating because I don't see a reason for this to happen....what am I missing?
Thank you.

sounds like the filler neck tube leading to the gas tank from the gas cap is twisted or bent and its causing that. very simple fix. take it back to the person that installed it and have them fix it.

Could be that you are pushing the gas nozzle in too far? I know mine stops pumping if the nozzle is too far in...
